NAS Kingsville History
Naval Air Station Kingsville in south Texas was established in 1942 and is a primary jet pilot training installation. Home to Training Air Wing Two, it conducts undergraduate jet pilot training using the T-45 Goshawk. NAS Kingsville trains Navy and Marine Corps student naval aviators who are destined for tactical jet fleet assignments.
