On Station Housing Assistance
The Navy Housing Welcome Center is located in the McCandless Building (794), and is open weekdays, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Directional signs are posted to help newcomers find the building. We can be contacted at (901) 874-5547 or by e-mail at Millingtonhousing@navy.mil.
Navy Housing is still the first stop for Navy personnel. Military members desiring family housing can apply by mail, in person or email. In order to be placed on the waiting list for housing now managed by our Public Private Venture (PPV) partner, Forest City, military members should provide the housing office with an application form (DD1746), a copy of PCS orders and a current Record of Emergency Data. Housing applications are processed for placement on the waiting list and contact information is provided to Forest City. Navy Housing continues our service by acting as a liaison between the military member and the PPV partner on housing issues.
